Vice President, Asset Management

Stuart Klein serves as Vice President, Asset Management for Authentic Capital Group, LLC. Prior to Authentic, Stuart held roles in investments at both Rexford Industrial (NYSE: “REXR”) and Industrial Realty Group, asset management at global real estate investment manager AEW, and property management with Macerich (NYSE: “MAC”).

Stuart has worked nationally on over $1 billion in closed industrial, office, land, and alternative real estate transactions, $1 billion in asset management assignments across multifamily, seniors housing, industrial, office, and retail, and 6.6 million square feet of property management assignments. Stuart earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
