Steve Colgate serves as the General Counsel of Authentic Capital Group, LLC as well as the General Counsel for American Commercial Equities. Steve sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. Steve has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, a Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, Eberhardt School of Business.
