Masako Lorrin

Corporate Controller

Masako Lorrin serves as Corporate Controller at Authentic Capital Group, LLC. Masako, who is a licensed CPA with a deep understanding of real estate transactions and GAAP compliance, is responsible for overseeing all financial reporting, accounting, and internal control functions for a diversified portfolio of real estate assets.

Prior to Authentic, Masako was Vice President of Accounting at a privately-held family office real estate investment and construction company with diversified real estate portfolio and a bridge lending division, where she oversaw the company’s accounting, budgeting, treasury functions, and financial and compliance reporting to lenders and institutional investors. In earlier years, Masako served as Director of Treasury with American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: “AMH”), where she played a crucial role in the company’s rapid growth and Initial Public Offering, as well as in securitization of debts and the acquisition of other companies.

Masako began her public accounting career in New York, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of New York and California and has over a decade of experience in audit practice in the sectors of real estate and automobile manufacturing.
