Mark Ostbye

Vice President

Mark Ostbye serves as Vice President for Authentic Capital Group, LLC. Mark’s primary responsibilities include deal sourcing and execution, asset management, overseeing third-party property management, and investor reporting. Prior to Authentic, Mark was on the investments team at JEM Holdings LLC, a New York City based vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm. Prior to JEM Holdings, Mark was on the acquisitions team at American Homes 4 Rent (NYSE: “AMH”).

Mark has worked on over $1 billion in closed multifamily, build-for-rent, and industrial transactions across the US. Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Virginia.
