Jason Ghilarducci

Managing Partner

Jason Ghilarducci serves as Managing Partner of Authentic Capital Group, LLC, sits on the firm’s Investment Committee, and focuses on the day-to-day management of the firm, with responsibilities including overseeing all acquisitions, business operations, and portfolio management and guiding the firm’s overall strategy.

Prior to Authentic, Jason was a member of the real estate acquisitions team in New York at The Carlyle Group (NYSE: “CG”), one of the world’s largest alternative asset investment firms with approximately $465 billion of assets under management. During his time at Carlyle, Jason worked on greater than $1 billion worth of transactions across real estate sectors.

Prior to Carlyle, Jason was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs (NYSE: “GS”) in New York. Jason earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
